Our story

Born from a belief
that fragmented fails.

Growth Mantra Solutions was founded by Rituraj Singh and Vansh Rathi — two specialists who kept watching the same problem play out for ambitious businesses: the developer and the marketer never talked, the product launched in a vacuum, and growth was left to chance.

So we built the agency we wished existed. One team that speaks both languages — technical and commercial. One team that doesn't hand off between "build" and "grow" because we believe those two things are inseparable.

Today, we work with founders, startups, and growth-stage businesses across India and globally — helping them build products people love, and marketing systems that fill them with the right audience.

Rituraj leads the advertising side of Growth Mantra — clarifying the audience, shaping campaign strategy, planning funnels, and optimising paid media toward meaningful conversion actions. With years of hands-on experience managing ad budgets across Google, Meta, and Instagram, Rituraj brings a performance-first approach that ties every rupee of spend to a measurable business outcome. He has helped brands across e-commerce, SaaS, hospitality, and real estate build sustainable acquisition systems from the ground up.

Vansh leads the technical side of Growth Mantra — translating business requirements into reliable websites, web applications, mobile apps, custom platforms, and measurement-ready digital systems. A full-stack engineer with a designer's eye, Vansh ensures every product is built on clean, scalable architecture and delivers an experience that converts. He is passionate about building things that work — not just things that look good — and brings the same attention to detail whether he's writing code, reviewing a UX flow, or setting up a tracking stack.
